PHILADELPHIA - DELL Inc will focus on smaller acquisitions that are 'digestible,' the computer company's merger chief David Johnson told Barron's.
Johnson said the company will focus on acquisitions that will grow through'portfolio momentum,' adding, 'Acquisitions are just another tool in the tool kit.'
Analysts have suggested Dell has been kicking the tires of various firms, such as CommVault Systems and 3Par Inc. NetApp Inc now seems too richly priced, Barron's said.
